If anyone doesn’t want to write their own software, Lidarr has auto import from lists. You can add your playlists from Spotify and last.FM and it will watch them and automatically download the songs from the lists. There is no Tidal, or Deezer option though which feels like a ball drop by the Lidarr devs.
I would walk her through a setup for Anydesk or other RDP software then just take control and do it yourself. No point in causing them stress if they get click happy.

Just tested it and Keep notes allows you to add photo and it opens the camera. The picture does not show in my immich. Sadly Keep is a Google product though.

Most are downloaded with *arr apps and are random quality. I shoot for 1080 for shows and movies but for the really good stuff that I personally like I will get the 4K version.
I have two in my main UPS for over 2 years without issue. Just make sure to buy them with built in BMS so it manages the battery for you.
