MY experience with the ZigBee dongle and HA in a docker container has been pretty positive. It was plug and play, IIRC.

I think you could probably skip antennapod and gpodder sync by using only audiobookshelf

I’ve just found out how to setup audiobookshelf for podcasts and I’m a bit annoyed that I won’t be using antennapod anymore.
